Geelong Council’s Grotesque Betrayal of Women: Breastfeeding Rooms Rebranded ‘Chest Feeding’ to Appease Mentally Ill Men in Dresses

Geelong City Council has just taken a flamethrower to biological reality. In their shiny new Wurriki Nyal Civic Precinct, traditional breastfeeding rooms—spaces built exclusively for mothers to feed or express milk for their babies—have been officially rebranded with the grotesque, activist-invented euphemism “chest feeding.” It’s not a rumour. It’s not exaggeration. It’s right there in their enterprise agreement: “breast/chest feeding room.” Council CEO Monica Thomson even had the gall to describe it as a space for “lactating parents.” Lactating parents. As if men are suddenly popping out milk like dairy cows because they slapped on a dress and demanded the world play pretend.

This isn’t “inclusivity.” This is deranged ideological capture. This is the systematic erasure of women to protect the fragile feelings of a microscopic handful of gender-confused males—and the even smaller number of women who’ve butchered their bodies in pursuit of the same delusion.

Breastfeeding is not a social construct. It is not optional. It is a female biological function. Women have mammary glands. Women produce breast milk. Women feed their infants that way. Men do not.

No amount of hormones, surgery, or activist jargon changes basic mammalian biology. “Chest feeding” is a lie designed to pretend otherwise, and Geelong Council just nailed it to the wall of a public building like some trophy of their moral cowardice.

Local critics are already calling it what it is: “ideological jargon” that alienates actual families. Of course it does. New mothers don’t wander around searching for a “chest feeding” room. They look for breastfeeding spaces because that’s what they do—breastfeed. The demand for these rooms comes from biological women who have just given birth, not from some autogynephilic cross-dresser or a woman on testosterone who’s had her breasts hacked off and now wants to cosplay as a “lactating parent.”

Prioritising the comfort of that deranged minority over the dignity, clarity, and practical needs of the overwhelming majority of mothers is not kindness. It’s institutional child abuse dressed up as progress. It confuses new parents, shames women for their biology, and normalises the psychotic idea that sex is whatever you feel like on any given Tuesday.

Let’s be brutally honest, because someone has to: this is the same poisonous nonsense that’s infected the NHS, Canadian hospitals, and Victorian government departments for years. “Chest milk.” “Birthing parents.” “People who menstruate.” Every time the language gets mutilated, women get erased and reality gets torched. Geelong’s move isn’t harmless word games—it’s propaganda. It turns a basic public facility into a shrine for gender ideology. And for what? So a mentally ill man who thinks he’s a woman doesn’t have to confront the fact that he will never, ever breastfeed a baby? So a woman who’s chemically sterilised herself can pretend she’s doing the same? Disgusting doesn’t begin to cover it. It’s an outright war on truth, on mothers, and on the next generation of children who deserve to grow up knowing that boys are boys and girls are girls and biology isn’t bigotry.

Council bureaucrats and their CEO can hide behind “inclusivity” all they like. The rest of us see it for the spineless virtue-signalling it is.

While Geelong families deal with skyrocketing rates, housing shortages, and crumbling services, these clowns are busy policing pronouns and redesigning signs so the mentally ill don’t get a sad. Real women—actual, biological females— are being told their most intimate, life-giving act is now offensive. And the public is expected to nod along or be branded “transphobic.”

Enough. Geelong residents should be furious. Every mother who’s ever used one of those rooms should be outraged. This isn’t progress; it’s regression into fantasy land at the direct expense of women and babies. Rip down the euphemisms. Restore the words.

Breastfeeding rooms are for breastfeeding mothers. Full stop. Anything else is clown-world derangement, and the people of Geelong deserve better than a council that’s happy to sell out biological truth for a pat on the head from the gender cult.
