One cannot imagine how difficult it must have been to hear a seasoned prosecutor decline to charge and jail a group of nine boys who gang raped a young girl. Apparently the victims inability to provide the exact date and time made her ineligible for just. Take note though, Judge Leanne Claire has a habit of protecting the abusers – she was after all the nail in the coffin for Patrick O’Dea whom she happily imprisoned after he abided by NSW legislation and did his best to protect two young children from some horrendous sexual abuse by their father no less. Additionally Claire decided that none of Patrick’s arguments (and they were extremely relevant and valid) would be allowed in her court – meaning he was going to be sent to prison regardless. Yes, this is our system – protect the paedophiles, murdering cops (Miles) and gang-rapist boys. Prison the child protectors and send victims to live with their rapists – that’s justice in North Queensland. And if you don’t play ball – like the last judge – you will be murdered after you’re recalled back to the belly of the beast in Brisbane.
