This is outrageous.

Prime Minister Albanese and his Labor Government, with the support of the Greens, have just blocked a Bill that sought only to restore biological reality to the Sex Discrimination Act. They killed it before it could even be debated.

This is not governance. This is a disgraceful capitulation to ideology at the direct expense of Australian women and girls.

The blocked Bill would have protected the rights of women and girls to single-sex spaces — toilets, change rooms, domestic violence shelters, and sporting facilities. These protections are not controversial. They are common sense. They are essential for privacy, dignity, and safety.

Instead of standing with women and girls, Anthony Albanese has chosen political ideology over their fundamental rights. He has refused even to allow Parliament to debate the issue. This contempt for biological reality and for the safety of half the population is unacceptable.

Alecomm has spent years exposing systemic failures that put vulnerable Australians at risk — in child protection, family courts, and elder safeguards. Today we see the same dangerous pattern in the erasure of women’s rights. When ideology overrides biology and evidence, it is always women and girls who pay the price first.

We Are Furious, And We Will Not Stay Silent

To every Australian woman and girl affected by this betrayal, know this: Alecomm stands with you. We demand that Parliament prioritises the safety, dignity, and rights of women and girls over fringe ideological agendas.

If Labor continues down this path of betrayal, Alecomm will fight this issue relentlessly — in public advocacy, submissions, and by holding every politician accountable at the ballot box.

Australian women and girls deserve far better than this ideological surrender.

Protect Women. Uphold Biology. Restore Common Sense.

Alecomm will keep fighting until this wrong is righted.
